    • We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling fees.
  2. Unused and Resalable Condition:
    • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
  3. Proof of Purchase:
    • Please retain your original receipt or proof of purchase. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  4. Defective or Damaged Items:
    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  5. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
      • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
      • Clearance or sale items.
      • Special order items.
    • These items are marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  6. Refund Process:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
  7. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
  8. In-Store Returns:
    • Items purchased in-store can be returned to any of our physical store locations. Please bring your original receipt or proof of purchase.
  9. Online Returns:
    • Items purchased online can be returned by mail or in-store. If returning by mail, please contact us for instructions on how to process your return.
